The state of relaxed attention is our aim for our final and post precious practice. The main goal of PRANA is to guide you to have more awareness of the subtle body. You matter. The world needs you. Let’s make sure that the ripple that you are sending out into the world is a conscious one.

Our final Prana practice is 24 minutes long and plays with directional energy techniques to help align your posture and cultivate a deeper connection with your self/Self. This yoga is a practice of loving yourself and self study.

Allow yourself to be blanketed in love as this session comes to a close. I am so honored to be connected to you. Thank you for sharing your practice with me. Hello adriene!! I realized something really fun on the first day of prana and I thought I could share it! I started doing your challanges at the beggining of 2023 along with healing my relationship with food and my body and although unfortunately not as consistently as I’d like to admit, but I still came back to your practices. It was a few days ago that it came to me that whenever I do yoga I automatically get into a state of mind where I respect and appreciate my body for what it is. I think this way I’ve learned what I want my relationship with myself to feel like and I trust that I can make it into a conscious practice

There are many reasons why Adrienne has millions of yogis following her! It has been an absolute joy to watch Adriene grow and become the phenomenal teacher she is today! Adriene brings light and joy to the practice, along with being an incredible technical instructor. I think this is one of the best sessions ever. I have been following Adriene for six years now and this one was something else. I didn't feel good tonight. Got home from work, it was windy, cold and raining. I still had to make dinner and had a few pots and pans still in the dishwasher. You might know it haha. So it really wasn't my night, I just didn't feel good. And I promised myself to do this session and than go to bed. I don't know what happened but I felt like I was flying through all the poses. Absolutely amazing and I feel so much better. What a gift is yoga ❤

I finally made it through a Yoga With Adrienne challenge on the days they were posted. I am seven days in, feel strong and connected, and want to celebrate. I showed up and this will be helping me with the mid-winter anxiety I get every year. Thank you. 🙏🏻🎉🙌🏻💜

Wonderful practice, and lovely series. One of my favorite local yoga teachers encourages us toward feeling "fully grounded and open to possibility"...and practicing with you all as we begin a new year has given me that strong base. Thank you all.

One of my favourite things about practicing in the morning is that I go from struggling to take a deep breath to it being the most natural thing by the end of the practice - it makes me feel grounded and ready for whatever the day may throw at me. Thank you for helping me start the day that way, and for the mantra of connection we’ve been using throughout this series. I’ve been pairing it with one I always go back to that you said in another video years ago - “I trust.” Grateful for you and these videos!
