Reimagine your relationship with your core! This Day 6 yoga practice is influenced by hatha yoga as well as pilates. In this class we continue to guide you in developing a connection with your breath and your deep abdominal muscles. Core work does not have to suck. In fact, I love core work so much, it actually feels good now that I know how to use my breath to effectively and efficiently control my muscles. Remember, little by little.

This session is only 17 minutes - you got this! Remember your mantra; I am connected with all things with love and kindness.

Day six helps us remembered that we are layered. Get on the mat today and lean into practice. You got this. One more day after this!! (Then maybe something extra to celebrate on day 8?!?)

When the pracrice is over, does anyone else feel like they want to go have some lunch or breakfast togetehr? I ended this Prana Day 6 and felt like we were all friends practicing with our lovely friend, Adriene. Hope you all have a day where your love and kindness are reflected back onto you,

Was in a fog today and not in my best mood... but I showed up on the mat for day 6, cause I've committed to this journey. Then with the exercise on all fours with the leg going from one side to the other one, I got a cramp in my butt 🤣 and started to laugh and by the end of today's parctice, my mood had shifted for the better. So again, thank you Adriene and Benji for the guidance, the support and the company.

I've been so worried today about the political news that seems to worsen by the hour here in Austria, and these videos really help. I've decided that, since it's only 7 days this year, I will repeat these practices another three times for the rest of January to at least have something good I "have to" do each day of this month. Thank you for this journey, Adriene

I have been doing yoga with you for a year and 6 days. Maybe I have missed a day here and there, but I am so proud for sticking to it. The past year it was more of an objective to do it every day, this year I am trying to rewire to do it as part of my day and not just to get it done. It' s definitely a journey when you do something every day by choice. You go through all the moods and thoughts and feelings. You question everything and then you have 20 minutes when time (most of the time) stops and you are just on the mat, flowing. And i wish I could share that more than in a comment. Thank you, Adrienne! And hope you can rewire back to your core after these past long years! As much as we think we have life figured out sometimes, we just get reminded "the only constant is change"

Hey Adriene, It's Day 6 and we are almost at the end of our journey doing 7 days of Prana. And its looks like we are doing core work. Something I need to work on at 55yrs, still not very strong in this area, but working on it slowly with daily Yoga. I'll see you, Benji and global community on the mat. x from N.S.W Australia

My period surprised me a few days earlier than planned. I hoped I could squeeze in the whole 7-day before it started, but nope. I came here to see if maybe it said in the description that it was a gentle practice, but I now see it's core work. So not for me today. I still came to say hi as this was my first ever YWA 'journey', and I'm genuinely bummed it got interrupted. Hopefully the 'surprise' at the end will also work for those of us who have to pause for a day or two. I'm off to do my beloved monthly ritual - 'yoga for women' with Adriene :). Have fun, everybody.

This day was special. I went over to my friend's house and we did this practice together. In a way, I introduced her to Adriene this way. Afterwards, we still felt the flow so I took over and lead her through a few poses. We ended up sitting opposite to each other, holding hands, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere we've created together. It was lovely. 💛

I’ve been dealing with some autoimmune/neuropathy issues that have made it hard for me to walk/stand up. But after a few days of Prana, my body is feeling better than it has in a very very long time! Today I even slipped outside, but instead of falling I was able to catch my balance! Thank you so much, this practice is changing my life!! 🙏🙏🙏
