Prana - A 7 Day Yoga Journey (releases Jan 2025) is a Hatha Yoga based series designed for all levels to stretch, strengthen, and improve flow of prana, breath awareness, and body connection. When practiced consistently for a week, these guided holistic exercises aim to help you with accountability, and to bring you closer to your personal mental wellness journey.

These fun practices are all about the prana body, the subtle body, your creative power, energy, and the threads that make us whole and who we are!

Prana fuels and activates the physical body. Working with a prana focus in our asana practice can help sculpt the brain and shape your days in a more emotionally supportive and energetically vibrant way.

Yoga has the power to transform every aspect of your life. It can be a comforting ritual that supports your growth on many levels. Come play and practice connecting to the prana layer of your body with your breath!

7days! I had been mentally committing to doing the 2025 YWA January practice this year. I guess 7days is an easier commitment, and then I can repeat it 3 more times if I decide.

This series could NOT have come at a better time for me "for new beginnings and bittersweet endings..." As we're entering the new year, my family is also saying goodbye to my father-in-law as he very slowly passes on. I look forward to this yoga series, my mental health is going to need it.

That's coming to the right time.
After almost one year of sport ban, almost my full pregnancy of bedrest plus a c section I feel broken. Happy, but physically broken.
