I definitely caught on to the fact that a look of disgust or contempt usually meant that if I looked at her phone after she fell asleep that she had been making plans to fuck or at least sexting while sitting next to me and wanted to hurt my feelings enough that I didn’t sit close enough to glimpse anything in her phone. Glad I’m not living with someone like that anymore.

My man does cheating, interactions with others ONLY for gloryfication of himself in dfferent ways....And what you said to the point is: " he does it without any regards to the future and how it affects others.."
For me is very obviouse that he doesn't love those "secret🤣 wifes" of his. It was very strange for me to grasp, , like: what is it for then? And as you said: he doesn't love anybody, not even himself. It is realy a hard part to disconnect my feelings from what he is doing but I do it daily - emotionaly dosconnect from him, knowing my worth, It helps to see things for what they are, to spare energy and time for useful things.

I met someone in Church so I have made it a point to keep it civil because our faith is more important than hurt feelings. I gave a little and found out she might be a narcissist so I'm not going to push any harder or keep trying. I'll say hello but I'm not going to flirt with her and give her too much validation. That's what she wanted and fooled me into thinking she liked me.

My situation was a little different in this area, it was during the devaluing phase, He invited me out to a opening night of a friend s job, and his nieces graduation, but while we are there, he is ignoring me, avoiding me, his 4 sisters where there, , at the time I didn't really think a big deal of it but now I believe it was a way to show his family and a friend that I didn't mean that much to him it was for a show

This was just one example there was many times that it did work that way I couldn't understand this person take me to deal with him again and within two months he's completely treating me like crap so I'm like why did you bother me
