Thank you very much Doctor valuable information. My brother age 87 years had a complete Hip joint replacement surgery 2 months back. His feet and ankle gets swelling in the evening. He walks with walker. No pain. And in the morning its become normal. I have kept his leg at elevated position. In the night. Pl let me know reason for swelling.
