This is a Follow-Along Ab workout consisting of 15 different exercises, 30 sec each, 5 sec rest.
Feel free to follow along and do it with me 💪🏽

I recommend to do this workout on an empty stomach before breakfast or at the beginning (or end) of your actual body workout.

Do this workout daily and eat in a caloric deficit, u will without a doubt, get shredded like Eren Jaeger.

I’m 14 and I’ve been doing this workout for 2 weeks now. And let me tell you, it gets so much easier and your body gets used to the training.

I tried this for two weeks, two times daily. This is the most effective ab workout I've ever seen. I lost 1 cm and I lost all fat in my lower abs.By the way, that would be great if you can do a workout of Mikasa. For girls who want to be stronger and toned.

I've been doing this workout since the start of 2022. My abs were not previously trained, and I and did this workout once every day. Now I can see all six of my abs if I flex, and I can do the v hold for almost all 30 seconds. This workout is crazy. Do it and stay consistent.
