I am a traditional Qigong & TaiChi practitioner for five years now. I love this routine. Each movement flows to the next easily, no need for exertion and exaggerations. Just follow the flow. The instructions and explanation of the movements, as well as the benefit of these movements on the overall health are clearly explained, This exercise is a great warm up and excellent routine to supplement my regular Qigong and TaiChi practice. I have been practicing this exercise since October 2023, now we are in April 2024. I was suffering from severe rheumatic pain in all my wrists and in my spine, and the quality of my daily life was greatly affected, as well as my sleep, because of the painful ankylosis. I could no longer cope with the pain without taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. (NSAIDs) Only one week after I started the exercise, I felt a major improvement, and after two weeks I completely gave up anti-inflammatory drugs. My mental balance has also improved a lot. It was a miracle! Since then, I practice the exercise at least 4 times a week, along with other QIGong exercises. Thank you so much, Marisa!!!

I've been doing this practice every morning. I suffer from chronic migraines and have been going through deep depression over them lately. When you say "smile at your brain" I want to cry every time. I've spent a lot of time (16 years) hating my brain. Thank you so much for this practice. 🙏🏼💙

I am so grateful for your Qigong online classes. My friend suggested I try Qigong for my healing but I could. neither find nor afford (or indeed leave the houses) classes in my home in Canberra and after I became ill the years following covid. Qigong is a wonderful discipline to learn.
I feel that the entire World would benefit from Collectively practicing Qigong Globally, as a daily practice.

I believe we could actually achieve World Peace, if we were all to practice Qigong.
To learn to feel our bodies and reconnect with their energy and with the energy of the planet and awaken to their surroundings.

Qigong is so fascinating to me and you explain it so beautifully. I have been practicing yoga for 40 years and Qigong is bringing my practice to another level. It feels good on my body as I'm getting older.

So Lovely, effortless movement. I have been yoga practitioners for years and recently have the inspiration to add some Qigong to the mix and I find you!
