Thank you the only snatch instruction video that provides the most essential thing that no other video does...slow mo...yes I can go into YT settings and playback at 25% speed but its still too fast for learners. Why o why does every other 'educator' not understand its far too quick for beginners to understand.

Love the explanation but when putting into practice, all the details become overwhelming to try to remember and hyper focusing on hitting those details inevitably creates more errors in the form.. like with golf? 🤦🏼‍♀️
