Ingredients for salad dressing:
1 inch Ginger, chopped
2 tsp Chili flakes
2 tsp Miso paste
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Rice wine vinegar
2 tsp Olive oil (can use any other oil)

Blend together to make the dressing

Ingredients for salad:
200 gm Tofu, diced
8 Cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tsp Olive oil
2 cups mixed Lettuce
½ cup raw mixed sprouts
1 tsp toasted Sesame seeds
Peanuts, handful

Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add the tofu & sauté for 3 to 4 minutes.
Once it starts getting charred & 1tbsp of the dressing and toss well.
Heat 1tsp more olive oil, sauté sliced mushrooms with salt & pepper.
Take mixed lettuce in a bowl and add the tofu & mushrooms and mixed sprouts. MIx them well.
Add the cherry tomatoes & the dressing. Toss well.
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds & a handful of peanuts

Protein: 12 gm
Carbs: 14 gm
Fat: 8 gm
