Protein consumption must always be increased gradually because it can cause digestive issues.

Firstly find your current protein intake, then if muscle building is your goal 1.5-2 g/kg of body weight is the range best suited for muscle growth.

The only problem is people with weak digestion 130gm soya contains too much fiber it's gonna disrupt your daily activities by bloating and loose stool (you may think it good but it's not). I was eating 80gm per day it fucked up my digestion its not going back to normal even though I quit the soya.
I am not saying soya is bad just get non GMO soya and find your limit for digesting it and stay below that limit

I have

1 scoop unsweetened whey concentrate
Boiled chicken
4 eggs boiled
1 scoop unsweetened whey concentrate again

With regular breakfast, lunch and dinner

It gives me 160-180 grams protein easily everyday.

I drink a lot of water

I strength train everyday 2 hours at gym, running 5 kms 2 times a week and swimming 2 times a week and all these while doing my MBA and staying in hostel.

Lost 35 kgs of fat and built muscle mass at the same time. My body has changed totally within a year after being consistent.

Soya is not something you should be consuming in daily basis. As per some studies excess soya can cause impotency. So please don't mislead

100gram tofu has 10g protein not 14g. Also for most people 130 g soy chunks is impossible to digest. The 40g dal will give 8g protein when you eat it uncooked which means you eat it raw without cooking in water. But no one should eat them raw .
