I am . 64 years old Tumeric. I bought some from Jackes supermarket. For the past month I had tumeric every day. In smoothies, tea, coffee and water. Sometimes I eat it raw. My body pain is mostly gone. My brain is more clear. Brain fog. Gone. Vision better. Breathe threw my nose 👃 is better.

I started taking turmeric supplement many years ago, and it really helped with my joints inflammation.
What I have learned, though, is that if I keep taking it, I start bruising very easily... it acts as a blood thinner! So, I only take it as needed for joint pain...

I take 3 organic certified capsules a day it has ginger and black pepper in the capsule also, it’s done wonders for my health.

Thank you for this very informative video. Turmeric has helped me immensely over the years. Started taking it when I was diagnosed with Cervical Dystonia a nerve disorder on my neck. There was a remarkable improvement. In 2014 I was operated for lung cancer. Since then as advised by my doctors I take 3 glasses of hot water first thing in the morning adding turmeric powder (qtr tap for each glass) and Flax Seeds powdered. First glass I add a tsp of Wheatgrass powder. Second glass I add one tsp of sesame seeds powder (substitute for milk which is poison for cancer cells and 1000 times more calcium than milk) lastly the 3rd glass I add one tsp of Alfalfa powder.
These drinks have benefited my health alot.
Turmeric is the number one natural antibiotics against many ailments.
Thank you for confirming my belief in the benefits of Turmeric especially the one which has curcumin.

I've been taking 2 1000mg capsules daily for a few years, the first capsule I take, in the morning, with about 2 tablespoons of unrefined coconut oil, because turmeric , ie. curcumin, is fat ( oil ) soluble, the second capsule
I take, in the afternoon, with about one quarter teaspoon of pepper to improve absorption !

I had been taking organic curcumin power since one month ago, one tea spoon in warm water before breakfast, every morning, and i am feeling great, lost weight, and it helps with joint pain. I will add black pepper.

Be careful taking turmeric, that it doesn’t conflict with your medication. I had a transplant operation so I have to take immuno suppressants for the rest of my life and my consultant could not understand why my bloods were all over the place afterwards and he was very worried about it. He eventually nailed it down to the turmeric I was taking which was interfering with the medication. When I stopped taking the turmeric, the blood results sorted themselves out beautifully so please, do be careful. Herbs and spices are not harmless things!

It's can also lower testosterone in some people when taking high doses for a long period of time. I use it after heavy lifting days or when I'm not working out the upcoming day.

It is also good to have Turmeric not only with black pepper but along with fats like Olive Oil/Cod liver oil/MCT or coconut oil and butter, being a fat soluble nutrient. And certainly be careful not to use Turmeric at the same time as pharmaceuticals (which I do not recommend anyway), but rather instead of. Turmeric can replace the drugs doctors prescribe for certain benefits, but without the damaging side effects and in a efficient and sustainable way that pharmaceuticals cannot.
