There is so much information in this little video, I had to rewind several times. This blows my mind because I have many of the chronic dehydration symptoms and have for years. No doctor or health practitioner holistic or traditionally trained has sat me down and sincerely asked and discovered that many of my health issues could in fact be irritated from a chronic lack of water. It's only after getting blood drawn and told I have thick sludgy blood several times that I grew concerned- and STILL no comments about hydration from the medical techs. I had to figure this out on my own! Which I'm glad I did. Luckily, I have 4 more blood draws throughout the course of 8 days, so I'll be asking about my blood every time while I hydrate more throughout the week! A sincere thank you. Also remember that what you eat has an immense role in your water intake, especially regarding sodium consumption. Alcohol also dehydrates you greatly.
Drink tons if you had lunch with salty food, and alcohol, in short.

Also remember to be fully hydrated before going to bed, and drink a couple glasses as soon as you wake up. A lot of people don't drink enough in the morning, and they end up being dehydrated all day cause they never quite catch up

According to the military, everything bad ever happens because of dehydration.

Break your arm? Dehydrated
Rupture your spleen? Dehydrated.
Terrorists win? Dehydrated.
Another shitty Fantastic Four or X-Men movie come out? Dehydrated.

When dehydrated, the body produces more cholesterol: plaques of cholesterol plug the cell membrane pores to prevent water loss. Interesting...

I got dehydrated and I felt light-headed, boyfriend told me to eat thinking I was just hungry. I got a drink and said it helped, he sent me back to the kitchen and made me drink water. A glass and a half.
How did he know? He's been dehydrated before.

Thanks, Jay. ^^

P.S. I started sweating even while wearing a little bit of clothing.
P.S.S I had a headache.

I am an avid coffee drinker! I'm an avid water drinker! For every cup of coffee I consume I try to drink two times the amount of water so I don't get dehydrated. My husband and I carry gallons of water with us everywhere we go. Hard to not drink water when you have a gallon of it sitting around all the time. Much love

I drink from 3 litters to 5.
I over-hydrate, however I also take supplements(vitamines, minerals and protine) making it all balance out.
If you are worried about mineral loss a mouthfull of fresh salt water from the sea will quickly add minerals.

I was dehydrated when I went in septic shock and it SUCKED. I also had streptococcal B bacteria and it felt like a branding iron was going through my throat with every swallow so i was drinking less and less. I kept having hallucinations and couldn't think at all. When I finally went to the hospital and they put an IV in within an hour I felt immensely better. I still had to go the hospital for a month but while I was there I was constantly thirsty, I couldn't get enough water which sucked since I was often on fluid restrictions since I had surgery almost every day.

i train strongman, and drink about 1 gallon and a half a day if not i feel like shit. I like adding a pinch of Himalayan Pink salt to replenish my body, i feel energized and healthy. ive discovered that water alone doesn't cut it for me, i pee it out frequently, the pinch of salt per 64 ounces helps it stay in my system a bit longer.
