Sugar/carbs had a huge effect on me and i never knew because it was my normal. A couple months on a strict carnivore diet gave me so many improvements that ill never go back to a moderate/high carb diet.

The biggest improvement to my health was when I quit eating/drinking anything with sugar, simple carbohydrates or grains 4 years ago.
4 months ago I stopped eating any carbohydrates at all, and it is already coming close becoming the biggest improvement to my health.

Having oatmeal for breakfast helps control the blood sugar spikes. Probably the healthiest breakfast. Control sugar spikes and have less sugar cravings.

Its crazy what sugar does to you. I monitor my health metrics and workout etc. If i eat some sweets one day my resting heart rate jumps up and it takes 3/4 days of my workout diet and workouts to bring it back to what it was before. My resting heart rate is in the 60s when eating right, working out etc. This jumps it up to in the 80s if i start eating suger/carb foods, even when maintaining the workouts.
For my body, sugar/carbs are real bad
