How to Perform a Fast Forward Merge - A Quick Guide || ForTheGeeks

In this video we will talk about "Fast Forward Merge". We will continue from where we left in the previous video. In the previous video, I created a new feature branch named "feature1" from master and made 2 changes ( 2 commits) in the feature1 branch. In this video I will show you how to merge "feature1" into "master" branch. Also, we will discuss under what conditions we can perform this sort of merge

The command we will use in order to merge "feature1 " into "master" is
- git merge feature1 (while on master branch)

This video is part of my "Azure DevOps Tutorial". The idea of the whole tutorial is to make you understand what DevOps is and what problems it's trying to solve.
