Its about a Life change and building healthy habits, not really about doing it FAST, this is how regain happens😉 In 2015 I started a Weightloss Journey at 528 Pounds! I ended up losing 287 Pounds getting down to the 240s with around 30 pounds of loose skin, then tragedy Struck and I watched my mom pass away! I let that Tragic life event CRUSH ME ! I ended up Gaining all of the weight back and then some over the last 5 years, Blowing up to 575 Pounds Five Months ago!! Five Months ago I went thru some self-healing and Picked myself up and learned to deal with Stress a better way, today I am 489, so I have lost 86💥 Pounds in the last 5 Months, Nutrition is Locked in and I am doing some Intense Weight Training 5 days a week and a full cardio session twice a week. Other than that I do 10-15 Min of Cardio Warmup before all of my weight training!! This time next year I'm going to be a Beast again! 👌💥

I’m intermittent fasting and on the FAST800 diet. Two meals a day, each 400 calories. High protein, fibre, and low carbs. I’ve lost 13lbs in two weeks (noting that the initial weight loss it likely just water weight). Feeling amazing and not hungry at all! Granted, I’m not working out intensely and I have a sedentary job. Pilates and walking only.

Woow!! Im so proud of you on your journey, what a great inspiration! Losing weight is definitely not easy at all. One thing I realised after losing 50kg/100lbs in 5 months doing water fasting I realised that new goals don’t deliver new results, a new lifestyle does. This is a process not an outcome. For this reason, all of your energy should go into building better habits. Not chasing better results.

1. Focus on a healthy gut, like Probiotics and Prebiotics
2. Fit fitness in your schedule
3. Drink Collagen
4. Replace coffee creamer with protein shake for extra protein
5. Keep cleaned and seasoned meat in freezer
6. Always have your favorite healthy snacks available
7. Find time to meal plan or meal prep
8. Reduce your ultra processed food intake
9. Drink your water
10. Weightless is not perfect!

another thing i learned is the importance of rotating your protein. So not the same protein in 1 day or 2 days in a row. I'm on the Zoe Wellness program....13 pounds down in 3 weeks so far

Just a tip if you have an Asian market near you, get your kimchi, avocados and other fiber and probiotic foods from there because it's cheaper! I can walk to mine and they have real big avocados, the yakut probiotic drink, Kimchi for $6, etc

YouTube recommended your channel and I’m so glad I clicked on your video. I am a senior citizen and have been losing and regaining my entire adult life. Your advice is so simple and common sense. Things I guess I knew but needed to hear someone say, someone who has actually done it. Thank you for the advice. You described me when you talked about going to the gym and not knowing what to do (may have been another video, I’ve watched several). I’m going to give Co-Pilot a try. Keep telling the truth about processed food. It’s killing us. I’ve subscribed and look forward to future videos.

I’m glad you decided to do this video because it’s practical yet it needs to be said and I need to hear this until I hit my momentum peak because you can do all the things eat right and workout and take vitamins if you don’t eat enough fiber and drink enough liquids you won’t see consistent results
