Good Morning Pilates Routine | 10 Minute Standing Pilates for Better Posture

This is a lovely 10 minute energising routine to get you moving and ready for your day. It will improve your posture with regular practice too. You can do this workout anywhere, at home or on holiday. It's a simple, effective Pilates routine, explained clearly and at a steady pace so you can do it along with me. I recommend it be done daily to keep you feeling fit and flexible wherever you are. Enjoy!

Imagine! It has been 4 years spent with you and with each crazy set-back I return and start all over again. Thank You Rachel, your sessions have been a strength as I have faced crazy auto immune attacks, surgery and COVID. I trust with your programs I will regain balance, strength and flexibility!

Hallo Rachel my husband and I are both in our sixties, I've done pilates before but stopped during lockdown . He and I started with your videos for seniors, have loved doing them, and are so enjoying the standing pilates. Would it be possible to have more senior mat videos? Or isn't it necessary to do the mat....we aren't sure which are suitable and he is very stiff and needs to become more flexible. Thank you so much for your wonderful videos, we love your friendly and informative manner!

I love, love, love all your videos. You are by far and away the best on You Tube, having tried many, many other pilates videos, yours are clear, well paced, informative and work. The difference in my constant back pain after 3 months of doing your videos is amazing, I'm so much more aware of my body, my core and how it supports my back and that is all thanks to you.
