The band was 12 bucks. When I kilt my foot outward, it stretches the whole leg calf to butt. Awesome

A tip if you have trouble getting up and down from the floor. Take the band and put it around the doorknob on the opposite side of the door, close the door on it and you can sit in a wheeled deskchair and push back with your other foot to get the traction.

Great for those with tibial-femoral joint knee issues. If there were only a way to traction patella-femoral knee issues.

Would using an inversion table provide the same result? Obviously you can’t turn your foot side to side as much on an inversion table, but the traction part is what I’m referring to.

If you see this comment please reply. i dont know who else to ask or where else to go, and im not expecting a diagnosis or anything. I just need something. One day years ago i woke up with discomfort in my ribcage, and to this day it hasng gotten better. I cant lay down properly. I cant cuddle with someone because of the discomfort, even if my shirt is touching my ribs it can make them uncomfortable. There is no pain and im tired of not being able to just lay down for 5 minutes without having to adjust my position. Im gonna post this comment on a few videos in hope that uou reply i cannot bare this. Also i have gone to the doctor they didnt really say anything.

Just a heads up they sell those anchors on temu for about $2. But a towel probably works good also.
