Here is a tip I use this
Do this on a bed
Then once you get your splits on the bed
Go to the floor and you should slide right down

Finally Someone Actually Tells People That You Need Patience!!!!

All the other videos that I have watch they said “HOW TO GET YOUR SPLITS IN ONE DAY” That’s like physically impossible unless you are extremely weird.

OMG first time I have done this, felt good. I really want to start Arithmec but my mom won't let me.
I am trying to so my splits to convince her to let me:)

It honestly works! Been doing this after my workouts 3 to 4 times a week sometimes I would slack but we are a few months later and I can do the splits! Thank you! The other video on middle splits is also very effective I can feel my hips getting more and more flexible I can turn my feet now while I could bearly hold myself in the beginning. Flexibility is LIFE and she gave it to me. thanks again!!!!

The way I learned is much easier..

STEP 1: walk onto a wet floor
STEP 2: Do a split
Note* this will be very painful so there may be screaming
