Well Martin I think your training advice and suggestions are great, I really appreciate what you do for fitness. I have to admit myself I used to be someone that was very into bodybuilding but then I finally had a purpose to train for a better and more functional training and that was football (soccer) with something that could help me do that so from the bottom of my heart, thanks Man.
