Guys your doing great job its very useful but as a defender I'm looking for more particular things which include tackles and not getting beaten from fast and tricky attacker and if possible just make a videos regarding coach and their tactics etc

3:40 There’s actually a lot of benefits of doing lunges the way u said was incorrect, called the “ATG Split Squat”. Kneesovertoes guy on youtube goes more in depth on this. Great vid nonetheless
