You can go through this routine two or three times for an even better workout. Make sure you do it at least 3 times a week to start seeing improvements.

This video goes for only 5 minutes, and it's great for those times you're having trouble with motivation or you're short of time.

I have trouble remembering to breathe lol! Am doing your balance workouts almost everyday as I need to definitely improve in that area. I have finally learned that even if I can’t do something I can do modifications or just rest as long as I’m doing my best it is great! Took me a very long time not to beat myself up about not doing something “right”. Thanks for making these videos available to us and for free too!! You are truly appreciated!!!!

I have improved from Beginner's Balance to Intermediate Balance in about 2 month. Thank you Mike. Standing one leg is bit difficult. I am sure, I will improve with time.

I had to do this in 2 segments of 15 min each, I can’t sit fotr 30 min excellent all around for my balance. Thank you Mike

I have been doing these exercises for the last couple of days. I have arthritis in my right hip and now it has started hurting. My question is - can I do these with just my left leg. I don't want to make my balance WORSE.

Hi Thanks for all you do.
At 78, working on standing up. .Doing well
Like you warm ups.
Working hard on Balance. intermediate.
Not able to do single leg stand.
Get through all the others.
Single fails within a few seconds?
Any suggestions.

I really enjoy your videos. At 76 and with balance being an issue (thanks, primarily, to my blood pressure meds), I find these very helpful. But...I wonder how many "guys" are watching. Or rather, how many women are watching. We don't say "gals" in a mixed class. Why do we say "guys?" (I also do this and am trying to stop.) I would suggest using another term other than "guys." Or using no term; just "Good work." Plus, I love your accent. Very charming.
