Balance Workout to Prevent Falls for Seniors, Beginner Exercisers

Improve your balance and reduce the risk of falls with exercises that will improve your agility and strengthen your legs and core. This workout is perfect for seniors and beginner exercisers. The exercises will train your body to handle unexpected situations and improve your movement in all directions.

My mom and I are excited to do the following exercises with you. Aim for 10 reps (on each side where applicable):

- STEP OUT AND INS - side to side
- STEP OUT AND INS - forward and back
- SIDE STEP - left and right
- SIDE STEP BALANCE - left and right
- ROCK THE BOAT - left and right
- HEEL/TOE BALANCE - left and right

Thank you! Dad enjoys your workouts, so we do them together. It’s wonderful to see your mom up there as a normal person that may not have the balance of a 20 year old so it gives dad a little more confidence and forgiveness that he doesn’t have to be perfect. Thank you from Texas!

havent done the exercises for two weeks due to back/hip pain but did the balance workout today and no problem love you ladies

You are correct! In just a few short weeks I am stronger, have fewer aches and pains and have much better balance thanks to the Yes2Next Videos. I wonder how beautiful my body will look in a few months? Stronger and taller every day! Six feet here we come!

Noticed this 2020 Balance Workout & did it. Very nice! Your exercises WORK because I could have fallen last weekend at an estate sale. My arms were full & I couldn’t see my feet. I was walking through a doorway into another room which I assumed was on the same level. It wasn’t! Stepping into thin air, I lost my balance and careened off the walls but DIDN’T FALL! I attribute that agility to Yes2Next exercises!🥰👍

This exercise is awaking up muscles in my legs. I love it!! I’ve been doing your exercises since beginning of this month. After 1 week I can feel my muscles are tight & it feels stronger. Thank you so much!!

Following eye surgery and attempts at getting the right glasses, balance has become even more important to me. I am so grateful for these exercises and will be returning to them often. I just discovered your videos and I really enjoy them. You and your mother are a delight. At 68 I get in a good amount of walking but decided I needed strength and balance work and your videos hit the mark. I will explore your cardio videos on those days I don't get out because of the heat. I look forward to working my way through your library.
