Love how he incorporated the marching after doing the balancing on each exercise because automatically ur body is wanting to tenses up but the march keeps the blood flowing and eases the tension

I did the count of 20 on both legs. I am 93 years old. Have a torn Meniscus in left knee.

My right leg I could hold for 10 seconds. My left leg came down at 4 seconds and back up again to the 10.

Hi Deron. I'm a 58 year old (young?) and my husband is 66, who developed debilitating nerve pain around his entire torso about 7 years ago. He went from a super strong, do-everything man to a man in constant pain; he struggles with balance a lot. Anyhow, I cajoled him to try your balance videos (keep in mind that movement of any kind triggers pain for him) and he actually got me out of bed last night because we hadn't done your "Balance #4" video. That speaks volumes on how helpful, up-beat and dead-on effective your workouts are for seniors. And, if I may say, you don't see many instructors at your age and fitness level offering senior-level workouts. Please keep these workouts going and know that you have a large following of seniors who you are helping every day.

My balance is not the best as of now. I have to hold on to my handicap rails to prevent from failing. I am a RBKA and having to learn to walk all over. I needed to learn to balance and without really looking I found this video. I'll be taking your advice and I know it will take time. That is good you remind people it can take a while to build up as many people try it and quit because they don't continue the exercise

10 lifting right leg 2 then 4 then 6 lifting left leg. Had a fall on right hip 10 months ago

Balance on left side good but need some practice on right side. Had surgery done on left hip.

Hi I love Senior Fitness challege I still need work on my balance My left is improving better 10 and my right side up to 5 that my weak side but I keep trucking along . I just need to stay commited thank u both for what u do blessings

I wanted to do the Balance exercise therapy # 5 but I can't get it to load. What must I do? I can't go to my library or go back. Nothing works.

Five sec on right foot, nine on left. I know I'll do better with daily practice. I'm 70 years old
