I am from India and one of my friends suggested me this channel..since then I haven't looked anywhere else..thank you so much guys for these wholesome workouts. I have worked out for 1 year and dropped 51 lbs doing things my own way but now I have been a bit stuck. I'm trying to drop the next 40-50 lbs and just recently found your videos and thought to try you out. It was a great workout it flew by so fast and like the previous review that 10 more seconds call out helped push me to hold it a bit longer. I'm excited to add you to my everyday cardio and strength training.

I love your workouts so much! They are incredibly user-friendly. I am able to complete these workouts in my dorm room! I also love how perfection is never the goal. It's all about just enjoying fitness and taking care of your body. Both of you are so honest and enjoyable to sweat it out with. Please, please, please continue making videos!

My wife and I do this program 5 days a week. We LOVE it. My goal was to get in shape. Just eating right and doing these workouts has helped me lose 14# in 8 weeks. I feel stronger and more fit. I am 55 years old and this is the first workout I have been able to stick with, especially because we can do it together. Thank you Hasfit!

I was in a time crunch this morning so Instead your longer workouts high I usually do, I found this one.when it first started, I thought, oh no this is going to be a bust! Finally one I don’t ❤️, but this was a great workout. It’s an older one, I’m so glad you have so many to choose from.
