When we have children these options become much more limited. Not impossible but we become aware how being there for our children and our partners is so important. When I shifted my focus to bringing in extra money and trying to develop my skills, things deteriorated with family life. So I had to halt those things. These are great tips, it’s just that life becomes much more complicated when we have children.

Diversifying your investments and consistently putting your money to work are two lessons I've learnt from these millionaires. When I invest about $250k of my money in stocks this year, I hope to make a return.

Pay yourself first, this is how I was able to retire at 55 years old, being married to a school teacher with a pension helped also!

For me the 3 most helpful tips here are #1 Gratitude (I am grateful for my health and Rose’s channel😊) #2 Auto transfer - set it and forget it, #4 Dollar cost average - it’s tough to time the markets. Everyone seems like a genius AFTER the fact, before something happens in the market, they are not so smart. Thanks Rose.

There's actually a lot of psychology and neuroscience behind gratitude practice, so it's not all woo-woo! Practicing gratitude primes your brain to focus on the positive, and it actually shapes your behavior because you're looking for opportunities rather than simply complaining about obstacles. It's a shift in mindset that leads to positive behavioral changes, and it opens your mind up to new possibilities that wouldn't have existed to you before 🙌 just try it for yourself and see if it works for you. Even if all you have to be grateful for is being alive, and having access to the internet and content like this, that's actually something 🌱

I keep wondering why they don't put such content in the education system 🤔. Start them early and poverty rate will decrease. Thank you so much for those golden nuggets that truly make a difference.

This is great. The only thing I’d add is to change companies often vs seeking raises. In my experience that’s the best way to get significant pay increases.

The focus on tiny habits instead of drastic changes is refreshing and inspiring. Thank you

Social capital wow! So true! As we get older our time seems so limited and it’s definitely a lot more challenging. We do think about our loved ones, and you’re right why not take that extra step to let them know we are thinking of them! Great content as always Rose 🌹 Thank you!

The only thing about eating the same thing over and over is that can impact your gut microbiome. Maybe having even 3 different smoothie combos and having a rotating schedule like smoothie A on monday and thursday, smoothie B on tuesday and saturday, and smoothie on C on wednesday and sunday, and something different on fridays that isnt a smoothie or do some fasting instead. Would be a bit better than the same smoothie every single day for months on end. Diversity for your gut is good.

i'm so grateful to have discovered your channel. what you say feels organic and genuine and i appreciate your sense of humour! i like that it feels achievable and that i don't have to completely reinvent myself and manifest a lifestyle like you mention. i.e. waking up at 6 AM everyday, etc.
you mention personal growth in another video and eliminating toxicity in relationships. this is something i struggle with, including the toxicity within. i have lots of ideas and have been able to manifest some of them over the years (sometimes successful but definitely losses along the way) but my downfall has been that i'm easily influenced and discouraged. i feel like i've lost a bit of that drive over the years but your videos have re-ignited my ambition. i have so much work to do and it's been so long since i felt like i can conquer it but i feel like i'm ready. thank you so much fro these videos. you are a positive force the world needs..

Thank you... such great information.. I was diagnosed with two chronic illnesses last December and it has swerved my business plans massively and I'm having a hard time coming to terms with the reality of it... but I feel so positive after listening to your video.. some of those tips, especially the decision fatigue and the routine eat/wear/do ones can totally buy me some more energy back for putting into my business goals!!! Thanks again!
