Phew, I knew this one would be a challenge for me. I'm not strong in legs and I definitely had to modify and take breaks. But I completed the whole thing so I'm proud of that!

Omg Kirra, this workout is a killer! I've been doing Winter Arc for a week. I had to make some longer breaks between the exercises and spent entire hour doing it. But I did it 😁You are the Queen of lower body workouts, thank you!!❤❤😊

I've really been enjoying this Winter Arc series! What is the difference between the split squat and the kickstand squat? They felt the same to me - maybe I'm not placing my feet right or I'm driving through the wrong muscles?
