When i first started lifting i almost never trained my legs. Even now i train them every other week. The thing is my leg genetics are insane. They've always been my most jacked feature. I remember when i actually started leg training consistently, they looked visually bigger and more defined after each leg day.

I’m in the same path, just keep it up, it’s 20% gym and 80% meal, focus on meal try to buy a little weight for your meals and start counting calories until you learn very well portions

I can barely tell a difference other than some size. You need to go heavy and with good depth to really make your legs pop if your goal is aesthetics

I started going to the gym 1 year ago. I already had big legs before gym because i played football 10 years but now my legs are huge but the problem is my fat percentage is so big in legs so how could i lower it?

I gained lot of muscles in 8 months too, but i train 2 times and I do it hard, not lot of volume but intensity. 5x8-10 quads with 75-90 kg (i weight 80). Hopefully I will lift more, but my gains are real, hard work
