My wife taught me this one. Stretch your head right back, roll your tongue back and click on the roof of your mouth 100 times with it. Tremendous relief for me.

I genuinely want to thank you for putting this video out there. I have a deep bassy voice, but throughout the years globus made my voice sound much more high pitched then it actually was. After some time, it almost seemed permanent, and it would haunt me in every conversation.

Who would think something as simple as placing your fingers on your throat and keeping your adam's apple above it for a few seconds at a time would provide such relief.

I have my voice back. This is life changing and I'm still amazed in every conversation I have with people.

As soon as I feel it coming back I just do this and I'm worry free.

Thank you Vik. This is tremendous.

Thank you for taking the time to provide many and detailed exercises. I’ll try them because anything can help; we just never know until we try. The suggestion of exercises is something I never thought of before - after trying a few just once, I already found some relief. Thank you.

Just been diagnosed with Globus. Doctor has referred me to ENT. However it could be a long while (if ever) that I may be contacted. So seeing your video has given me some tools to do some Self Help in the meantime. Thanks Vik.

Doctor, please feel free to express yourself as extensively as you deem necessary! I, along with many others, deeply appreciate your unwavering commitment to providing assistance. For those who may not be inclined to listen attentively, they have the option to fast-forward through the video, as it is a simple task. It is truly remarkable that not only do you possess the desire to help, but you also generously devote your precious time to aiding others without any charge. Yet, it is disheartening that some individuals have the audacity to criticize the extent of your discourse. I implore you to disregard their remarks and continue with your invaluable work. Regrettably, there will always be individuals who fail to express gratitude. May you remain in good health and high spirits, and please accept my profound admiration for your tireless efforts.

I found out that sipping water slowly releases the globus for me, too. Quite meditative to do over several minutes.
Will definitely give these exercises a try, thanks for the video!

Thanks so much. Had what we think is globus for 6 months now. Been on PPIs for ten years for acid reflux. Scared stiff I have something more sinister, especially as I'm about to get on a long haul flight tomorrow. However, your videos have made me relax that it's common, if very annoying. I've been particularly stressed and menopausal for last 6 months which coincides with symptoms. I will try to relax about it now and do all the exercises.

I suffer heartburn a lot and anxiety and I worry a lot when am not feeling ok . I suffer from sore throat several times in a month … I can relate with what you saying … But now because I know the cause, it has been better than before ..

I am fit, I don’t smoke neither drink …but I know that spicy food, fatty food and worrying a lot is my thing 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣but I have been trying to relax and to reduce stress, spicy mood and I do meditation, breathing exercises, I drink a lot of water but sometimes it just happens out if know where ..

I remember going into the ENT and I was told I had some irritation and chronic pharyngitis..

I have had this lump in my throat feeling nearly all my life, I had the test done when I was in my 20’s when I had to swallow awful tasting stuff, obviously nothing was found. I’m now in my 60’s and have just come across these video’s. I have now just started getting tinnitus in my left ear. Constantly watching your tinnitus video 🙂

Thank you, I saw my Doc today as I thought I may have throat cancer, (50 years a smoker) he suggested it may be a Globus but has referred me to ENT to be sure. After trying those exercises I got some relief and some confidence that it may not be cancer so BIG THUMBS UP👍
