Not only fasting improves weight loss but frees up time, improves natural energy, clarity and focus in the mind, discipline, and much more. When I fast for 24-36 hours. I drink black coffee, green tea, and lots of water. Plus, I use CLA and appetite/mood enhancement supply’s to assistance if need be in my weight loss goal. Also, my one meal a day consist of a iceberg salad with meat, veggie rice, vegan mayo no soy; nuts, avocado, vegan cheese no soy, berries, and carnivore shred protein power. I have lost 60+ pound in a month and half.

I used to be a young twig, then just under obese, now back to being thin again.

I simply quit everything in my life except cardio and eating right for a good few weeks, and it worked. Just put everything on hold (since I was lucky enough to be in a position to) except cardio and 3 pretty healthy meals.

I believe all of the things she says about balance are true, but I found an aerobic lifestyle does make it easier to never have to balance things perfectly, and that's what some continuously thin people unknowingly are doing: being active enough for their type of body nearly every waking moment.

Other thin people may simply have the diet and lifestyle where they've been getting lucky: where all the insulin, nutrition, fast, hunger, and other levels just happen to be cycled in correctly, at proper intervals, even if they just don't know it.

But exercise helps to not have to know the balance exactly. Good luck! And, ALittleBitBetter, this is great work! :D 👍

I got frustrated with these CICO people telling me "just eat less", Been following Dr. Fung's advice ever since. 16-8 fasting every alternate day is actually much easier than I expected, especially if you have a desk job.

It was very good but it could be better there is only one thing I didn't like that was the insulin information and yes your going to loose more fat then muscle but at times you want to focus on not loosing muscle at all and those are during and after workouts.
