Today we are doing a refreshing 18-minute postnatal yoga. Feels amazing if you have a tight neck and back from breastfeeding or bottle-feeding your baby. I provide modifications for diastasis recti and after c-section (after clearance for postpartum exercises). I hope this postpartum yoga class is a nice reset in your day.

I am almost 3 months postpartum. I've been in so much pain daily. These last 20 mins have released so much tension, I'm actually in tears. I have hope that I can be myself again ❤

My baby is 2 weeks old, I had to tend to him during this practice. I love the ability to pause the video and resume when I can. Thank you for this short yet effective practice. ❤

Don’t usually comment at all but I’m 4mo postpartum and finally feeling up to working my body again. Your videos have been super helpful with getting into the routine again. I tend to forget that taking care of yourself isn’t always weights and treadmills. Thank you for providing this space :)

I normally do in the same room as my little one while she is asleep. Can we have more post-partum videos like this with relaxing music or no music at all to maintain a relaxing environment in the room? Of corse your voice for instructions is more than welcome and very relaxing indeed 😊🙏🏻
