the wording was a bit confusing so imma clarify for yall:

1.) implement stretching/mobility work into your routine
2.) do cardio after lifts to help your overall cardiovascular health
3.) Don't skip muscle groups. You'll end up regretting it down the line. Fitness is a long term game so workout all parts of your body and dont neglect the ones you don't like training

You are right however, it’s a type of stretch most people say to avoid, which is static. You should always do to not make, which is pretty much moving around that muscle. For example, if you’re doing back, you should do dynamic stretches like arm swings, rest, rotations, and other ones that were target each individual muscle that you would need.

You actually shouldn't be doing static stretching before any form of exercise. If you're going to be doing an active form of exercise like running or playing sports you should be doing dynamic stretches where you're actively moving the muscle groups and joints in ways similar to the activity you're going to do. You do more static stretching after exercise to relax the muscles and improve flexibility since muscles are more pliable after they've been warmed up and active

you shouldnt deep stretch unless its a few hours before the gym if you want to stretch a few min use dynamic stretching

Imagine being all bulk muscle and no flexibility due to no stretching. A mid weight MMA fighter can easily whoop that ass. Then wouldn't it be so embarrassing? What's the point of gaining muscle then? 🤦‍♂️
