I've begun to lay to sleep at 7-8pm and wake up at 04:20. After wake up, make bed and brush teeth. Then, immediately run to the tram station, because never gotta know if it'll come earlier, it's half of 5am, remind you. Then, come to the gym, train ass off, take shower, wear fresh clothes, go back to the house. It's 7am, and I'm feeling as if I'm about to start a revolution on the computer science scene. So far, in two weeks, lost almost 3kg and became far stronger than I ever was before. Both, mentally and physically.

UPD 2 months later: I've changed time to 03:50, lost a lot of fat on my body, my muscles grew much larger, and I feel good. It takes quite a discipline to keep going, but it's worth of efforts.

UPD 3 months later (edit): I keep going, but I changed my training program to focus on different muscles. I'll rephrase it, 'cz it sounds better this way. So, I've changed the program so that I can compensate in those muscles that I neglected before. I still do previous trainings, but also added new days

UPD year later: I'm as good, as can be. I've recovered consistency, but I can't recall even since when am I going strong with almost no skips (those skips are just really random and not my fault). My results are quite inspiring. The me who posted it would have been proud. Generally, I'm still standing, although it's hard to combine my now very busy life and gym. Tired yet satisfied. Also, make sure you don't push too hard/overtrain and remember that your nerves/CNS and connective tissue require consideration too.

Thing is, all these things are okay when done in moderation. You don't want to beat yourself up to the point where you give up. But you also don't really want fitness to always control your life, unless you are a professional bodybuilder.
