Dr. Gundy and Dr. Li they are the best!, Doctors have never taken the time
to explain that sugar, fat, processed food and fast food are a killer to my body.
I was gaining weight like crazy…until I had Cancer. It’s a nightmare!
Will bit Cancer by doing and taking the advice from these two great Dr. Gundy
and Dr. William Li… thank you, to both.

I'm studying Dr. Li's Book- Eat To Beat Disease along with Paul Stamet's books on Fungi...Mycelium Running and connecting our microbiome with the earth's microbiome. Dr. Zach Bush is also doing this work. Our health is connected- to the health of the soil, the trees, the bees, our food...and us! I love this creative approach to health and wellbeing.

I ate mostly veggies for about 10 years of my life. Green leafy veggies and olive oil were a staple. The results were that I was sick at least twice a year and I would get cold sores almost every month… so bad that I had to get anti virals for it. I was bloated all the time and my bowl movements were hardly ever regular. It took me 10 years to realize that my main meals should be animal protein and fat. For the past 1 year, I have switched to having animal protein and fat as my main course, and veggies as more of a side. Results: no cold sores (don’t need anti virals anymore), haven’t gotten sick at all and my brian feel so much more clear. I used to wakeup up and feel so lazy because I had like a brain haze. That’s all gone.

Very interesting to see Dr Gundry and Dr William Li together on the same YouTube video. I was surprised the subject of lectins was not brought up. I know that you both have different opinions on lectins. Great video a lot of information both doctors have a lot to offer. Great to see that they're both humble enough to learn from each other.

Since I am a great fan of dr William Li and know his Ted talk and a lot of other of his talks I already knew most of the good advices, but I was surprised that eating just one green banana could lower many cancer forms 60 % - that sounds incredible 🍀💚🐸

Amazing !!! You guys are talking my language !!! Finally these talks are coming out more in everyday living as the aftermath of the pandemic is opening up educating everyday living and questioning fast food content so to make REAL FOOD everyday conversations for adults and bringing it back into our educational system even for kids too !!! Every time I have to take antibiotics, it costs me about $400 to build my microbiome back up and a month of building. I buy 5 different probiotics and a bunch of probiotic foods and food for the probiotics… so the $5 in antibiotics after health coverage end a up costing a small fortune so that I don’t end up sick and on antibiotics again a month later.
