hey girl I love this! just an fyi, make sure you add black pepper to your yogurt turmeric sauce as turmeric doesn't actually get activated in your body without the presence of black pepper!

You shouldn’t eat chia seeds raw, they need to be soaked in water/milk/yogurt before being placed on the table
