What some don’t get is that some people don’t have big appetites. What is filling for her doesn’t have to be filling for you. Everybody has a different limit on how much they can eat. Btw I love your content and ur sooo pretty ❤

As someone who rarely eats breakfast because of my appetite and I find it makes me more tired and groggy at work I definitely understand the smoothies. You’re still getting the vitamins and nutrients needed to fuel yourself even if you don’t want a full meal. I also am in recovery from a 10 year eating disorder and there is a big difference in appetite & what works for you vs purposely restricting. Don’t listen to the negative comments keep doing what you’re doing 😊❤

I actually understand the feeling of being nauseous every morning, so eating is difficult in early hours. Smoothies soothe the stomach for me and my stomach issues

It's crazy how people are yelling "it's not healthy!!" / "You'll become ano//rexic" when you 'undereat' but when lots of people overeat, often leading them to become obese, then everything's fine, because it's their own body

As someone who’s skinny due to stomach issues, I love watching your videos! It’s nice seeing someone else have a similar diet. Don’t listen to the people chastising you, they don’t understand your health bottom line. You’re positive energy is killer.

i honestly don’t get why people were so judgmental about the first one, this is very similar to what i eat in a day and that it just fine. some people may not have as big of an appetite as some other people and both are totally okay. some people may not have a lot of an appetite for the majority of the day and unless it gets to the point where it’s detrimental or unhealthy, that is also okay!!

Keep in mind that your stomach is only as big as your fist. She also has a VERY balanced diet. It's common (especially in america) to eat until you are full, not satisfied, along with not eating balanced (this is what causes weight gain).

It but seems like a pretty normal and balanced amount of everything for someone petite who isn't super active. There's PB and milk in the smoothie too so it's higher in good cals than some premade smoothie that's mainly just juiced fruit.

I eat like her, sometimes more sometimes even less (one meal in a day), and I don’t have ED. I eat whatever I want, I just have a small appetite.

Not all people have the luxury to eat three full meals a day and even if I have I would’ve gotten sick for being too full anyway. A giant smoothie is literally so filling, I could drink that and go hours feeling full.

Yes some people don’t like to snack and just eat when we’re hungry, no we don’t count calories or on a diet. We exist.

Smoothies may not be the most filling and they do tend to burn off quickly, but keep in mind, you're just drinking the fruits you'd be eating instead. She's eating a banana, berries, a few spoonfuls of peanut butter, honey, and a glass of milk. That's essentially a light meal, or more filling depending on what goes in it. My smoothies are almost the same except remove the pb, add yogurt, flax seeds, and oats. It's literally a liquified meal.

idk why people are complaining, i have a small appetite, i dont eat a lot, i eat less than her but im not small like her. everyone is different. ( p.s ive never ate a lot even when i was younger )
