I've had some kind of on and off chronic Gastritis for like 4+ years now. PPI's and OTC meds were unhelpful. I also had an EGD (upper endoscopy) and the gastro doc tested biopsy samples for cancer and H. Pylori. Nothing. It was just really red and inflamed looking. I've been tested for all sorts of conditions including Multiple Myeloma, MS, Amyloidosis and all sorts of stuff. I also have POTS-like symptoms, potential MCAS symptoms and my tilt table test showed a neurocardiogenic response with a drop in blood pressure and pulse in response to 0.4mg sublingual nitroglycerin. Venous insufficiency in the legs at 41 years old (all of my jobs involved walking/standing all day), so blood also pools heavily in my feet, legs and oddly enough my hands for reasons that we can't figure out. Why would my gastritis last so long? At one point the gastro doc had me taking the PPI plus OTC acid reducers twice daily. No vomiting. Gastro doc also did a Colonoscopy at 41 years old and it was normal, even though I have horrific abdominal pain around and below the navel and even down to the bladder at times. Sometimes my stomach, intestines and bladder all feel inflamed. It's so annoying, I've seen so many doctors. Haven't seen any issues with liver/kidney function testing or blood work other than moderately low Vitamin D going back for a few years at least. Taking thousands of IU a day still doesn't bring it up.

Hello, I have been experiencing pain at left side of body below ribs where pain goes from stomach to area near abdomen.first I had h pylori and I was treated then it healed and after one year I got it again then I was treated and healed again.but mostly I still experience pain which goes to backside of left chest and sometimes when I visit washroom I can see blood stains even after healing h pylori, so pls how can I get help
