I HATED running until I slowed my pace in august. Now I just ran my first 5k in October and now I can casually run 5k without a thought 😂 so I’m glad to know I’m not the only one who has made that mistake and change and found success 🎉

Perfect timing. I go to the gym 4 times a week, walk 5 times a week, drink my water, and get my sleep. It's my diet that I need to clean up right now.
I'm also starting to pick up running again. I plan to start with half a mile runs and increase to a mile.
