45 Minute Yoga Nidra to Reset the Vagus Nerve

Relax into this effortless guided meditative practice known as Yoga Nidra or wakeful sleep with Kristyn Rose. Find a comfortable position to rest in stillness and simply rest into an experience of deep listening as you are guided into a deep light altered state of consciousness and regenerative rest. The systematic relaxation techniques used in Yoga Nidra help to activate and stimulate the vagus tone, increase vagal tone, and bring the nervous system into the parasympathetic or 'rest and digest' division.
