I'm 61 years old and was able to keep up on lockdown because of Coronavirus all gyms are closed in Charlotte NC Thanks keep up the good work

I've been doing Amy's workouts for 3 years now and this is the one I come back to time after time. When I only have 30 min to spare and want my butt kicked, this is the one. The compound movements are my favorite and this hits every muscle plus loads on the cardio. Love it!

My favourite video I started my fitness journey doing this 3 times a week and healthy eating consistent. Lost 10inches on my stomach in 12 weeks!! Now back to a size 8. Thank you

Since im a bit too overweight for my size the doctor said I should exercise or join or a sport. Since I personally don't like sports I bought a few dumbbells and exercise equipment and decided to just work out at home, instead of buying a gym membership. So far so good, and as a beginner your videos are perfect for me! Thank you!

30 minutes went like "whoooossshhh!" I have never enjoyed working out with dumbells, but this one was different.. I loved it

This workout has totally rocked my life and my body. I've been doing it with progressively heavier weights 3-4 times a week for the past month and a half. I've never been stronger (this is the first time I've ever done weighted exercising or strength training). I love listening to Amy and following along - i find her very real, compassionate and smart about what she's teaching. Thank you Amy!!! I'll be starting the 4 week challenge tomorrow - and I can't wait to see the results. So far I've already lost a ton of inches and have gone from a size 10US to my regular size 8US and even a 6 sometimes. ❤️❤️❤️

I've been doing this work out 6 days a week for the last 3 weeks. I can not begin to tell you how much better I feel physically and emotionally. Thank you so much for taking he time to film these! Enjoy your new baby boy! I have 3 children and don't need to loose any weight, but I have no muscle so I'm happy so see some results in the way of gaining muscle. Thank you Amy!!!

Great workout! I used 10lbs and 15 lbs for the floor work. Felt it for sure. Amy you are a great instructor! So glad I found you! Thanks from a fit 62 year old grammma!

I'm watching in 2019! Wife and I do Amy's videos a couple times a week, mostly the 30 minute dumbbell and kettlebell workouts, with the combo moves. And I will say this one is my favorite. It's the right length, the right sequence of exercises, the right pacing, and a great attitude. Plus it's got Jackie, and the best music choices, to boot! We call this, and the 30m Dumbbell Burner, the "classics" and return to them regularly because they just hit all the marks. Thanks, Amy!

This is an awesome workout. I am 71 years old. I tap dance and do Zumba regularly, but strength training was lacking. I am thoroughly enjoying the workout, but the plank jacks are a little challenging. However, you give a great option that I can definitely do, though it still is a little challenging, but that’s what’s its all about. So, thank you for being there. I appreciate you!

My wife and I tried many instructors at Gym and online and then we found Amy! Well thought out workout sessions/video covering each body part scientifically instead of some random copied plans most instructors upload online these days. Don't just start following anyone online as it can cause some serious injuries...

Amy is one of the best teachers I have ever come across. (I'm a middle-aged fitness enthusiast, so I've come across many!) She is sure to teach good form. But what impresses me most about her workouts is that she is so thorough in always giving adaptations for hi & low impact, for beginners & advanced etc. AND the exercises she teaches are nearly always compound exercises so they are very efficient for working out the whole body. Amy, thank you so much for your help with my fitness programme.

Amy, I do appreciate your videos. You have gotten my husband and me through this pandemic! We both do your videos as our twice weekly ritual. Your workouts are efficient, targeting every muscle in a small amount of time. They are fun and healthy I’m in better shape than when I went to the gym. My husband was too heavy from his gym workouts and is now more balanced and feels great. Thank you so much!
