Id love to practice high kneeling on the floor. However, my left ankle wont allow me to. I have to do it either on my bed or a high table at pt. My pt won't do this with me. She says that im beyond this point. I know im not and need to do this more. Thank you for sharing! I look forward to your Sunday videos 🙏🏽

my problem is my big toe always bend so that the end tip hurts; i try exercising the big toe but it persists

I need this because my brain can't tell my arm from my leg. If I have my arm raised and lift my leg, my arm comes down. Also, I can't lift both at the same time. If I have my arm raised on my unaffected side, I can't lift my affected side, same with the legs. Anyone else run into this?!
