If you’re watching this video, you’re probably sitting down. You may even be in for a long day of it (or at the end of one).

While it feels good to sit down when we’re tired, plopping down in a chair when we’re rested and awake is a good way to drain your energy and stiffen you up.

And yeah, many of us do have to sit for work, but that doesn’t mean we have to be prisoners to our desks!

This week you’re going to snap those chains and take a movement break each day—a 10-minute walk, preferably outdoors, to refresh and reinvigorate yourself.

There’s no telling what a brisk, fresh-air jaunt can do for your clarity, focus, and productivity. So give it a try for a week and find out. The results might surprise you!
