It must be true...that it's hip to be square...or is it just that my hips ARE square? This one sent my in search of my soft, white leather Reebok aerobic workout shoes...man...those were the BEST shoes I ever owned!

This was perfect for me. I'm 49, so this music is dear to me. I live in an area experiencing tropical storm heavy rains. Yesterday, I couldn't concentrate, so I did lots of 5 and 10 youtube exercise routines. My concentration is still off today. I chose this video for fun and relaxation and to ease back into using longer videos. Great distraction and great way to keep moving when outside is off limits. No choreography to learn. No equipment. Nothing to count. Just fun. Just healthy movement. Thank you! I really appreciate your posts. My health has greatly improved by using these videos.

Wow! What a fantastic workout. I was waiting to hear from my husband about his surgery this morning and it was a gift to have this as an anxiety buster. And he is now out of surgery and in recovery. ❤

LOVE this workout! My son was born in the mid 1980's and I think he screamed for his entire first year, and being a first-time mom didn't help. One of the things I did was put on some music and dance around with him. It worked EVERY time! This music brought back memories of sleepy smiles and giggles.
