You're the best, I'm so happy I found you! I've been doing HIIT for like a decade, and this is BY FAR the best way. What?! I can get my heart rate up to 167 by doing ridiculous fun dance moves to 80s music instead of burpees?!?! So happy!!! Thank you so much for all you do!

This was another great choice of musice. Reminds me of alot of what the euro girls are shuffle dancing to. Great show!

This was SO SO good! When I started I just didn’t feel like working out but just the music alone was enough to motivate me and by the end of it I was totally energised! I’m going to be doing this a LOT!
