Not enough likes for this!! Absolutely loved this! I am a 50-something yr old woman, over 200+ lbs with bad knees & bad shoulders, bad loves the BeeGees & the 70s dance era b/c it was mine in younger, thinner days ;) I did this entire work out-modified, without the jumping. I'm sweating like crazy & I feel great. The music..OMG... SPOT ON! You were very, very helpful with explanations which made it easy to follow. Safe to say you (nearly quite literally) saved my life with this workout. I'll be doing it all the time. I feel for the 1st time that I am on the road back to better health. This was so fun! My husband walked in the living room while I was Travoltaing and exclaimed, "Look at that big smile!!!" I didn't even realize I was smiling so much!

I'm on day of 397 of recovering from Long Covid and I can't walk well yet, but I'm doing your workouts in my bed as best I can. Thank you for your happy energy and the great steps. Hopefully, soon I'll be able to do your workouts whilst I'm upright. I wish your floor lit up, too! Thank you again- I've so missed dancing/moving to music!

Thank you for this super fun workout! Aside from being a closet disco era enthusiast, this video was a band aid for my soul; I lost my father very suddenly a few months ago--& he loved the 70's! Doing this HIIT made me feel closer to him, & to the young man he may have been back then! It is amazing how music & dancing can bridge time & space, & bond generations together.<3

I was struggling to stay motivated 1 year into lockdown and following a bereavement, but I found your dance HITT workouts through Popsugar. Your workouts are so fun they dont feel daunting when I'm I'm unmotivated, and usually I enjoy them so much I end up doing 2 or 3 back to back! Thank you for saving my motivation and getting me enjoying workouts again!
