I hope everyone loved this routine as much as I did. I regularly practice Lee's 20 minute morning and even routines and will definitely be repeating this one. Thank you, Lee. I have dabbled in Qi Gong and am facing open-heart surgery in the near future, and have been exploring different options for leading up to the surgery and my convalescence. I think I’ve found my teacher.

Thank you so much for this Lee. I am just back from a holiday. It was my first experience of doing it sober. I was also solo parenting there. I returned home feeling a little flat an alienated from people around me.
I started doing your routine and go to the lotus flow, when I started to sob. This rarely happens to me. I felt such a calming release and so much more settled. I love what you said about sending out positive energy and also grounding yourself. Qigong is helping me so much in my recovery.
