I’m 80 years old and have been sitting on my behind for several years. I am motivated to try this. I know I can’t do the one standing on one leg with the other extended but the others look doable. So I am making a commitment to start in a limited way tomorrow. Somebody please hold me accountable.

Well it took me a few days, maybe a week, but I finally did part of the routine to the best of my ability thanks to those who are holding me accountable. I'll give it a shot again tomorrow. Thank you to those who are encouraging me.

I regularly exercise - aerobics, Pilates and yoga. I discovered Qigong about 3 years ago when I was going through anxiety and was prescribed it by my doctor/therapist. I usually do it at the end of my exercise session as a cool down and for my mind. It has helped me a lot. I found your videos and have been doing them occasionally. However, I just discovered this one and I have to say of all the ones I have done, this one had me sweating. I felt like I got not just a workout but got that wonderful relaxing feeling afterwards. I cannot thank you enough for your kindness in making this available for us all. Blessings to you!

Anyone else start crying when you put your hand on your heart and stomach and held it there?

Also - I felt tingles between my hands on the first move... so cool.

I'm grateful for videos like this that will help me become healthier in body (and apparently emotionally too!)

I did it! It took a few weeks, but I finally managed the whole routine. :3
With my energy levels, fatigue, and arthritis, it's a bit difficult to do entire routines like this, but doing SOMETHING really helps and this is so gentle. The frog was particularly difficult because my heart rate actually changes SUPER quickly when I go up and down like that to the point where I faint. I eventually figured out how slow I have to go on that one to prevent that from happening and instead of jumping, I just stretch up onto my toes like I do in ballet. Stretching routines are really important to me, but it's boring to keep doing the same ones all the time, so I'm glad I'm able to add this one to my list of things I can do to maintain my body.

Sir, you have made a huge difference to my life and recovery from total knee replacement surgery. I could not imagine standing on one leg, circling the knee of the other and moving my hands at the same time, but I can do it just 12 weeks after surgery! I can not thank you enough if I had a thousand lives to live. Thank you so much for taking the time and trouble to share your knowledge and experience.

Brother Thich Man Tue, Thank you for these Qigong routines. I was a nurse at Palomar Hospital in Escondido, CA for most of my career. A group of monks from Deer Park Monastery toured the hospital shortly after opening in 2000. It's a small world! I'm retired from nursing. I'm a Tai Chi instructor now. We follow your Qigong routines for warm up prior to intermediate class; Yang 24 and Sun 73.
Do you have a 5 Element Qigong routine? That would be a perfect practice for Tai Chi.
May your Chi flourish!

Brother Insight! Thank you so much for this video and for sharing your gifts and loving kindness with us. I kept rewinding to see the movements again. I enjoyed every thing. The subtitles are poor and disrespectful. But your speech is clear. I look forward to practicing this ad best I can every day. I may even do it... outside in the fresh air. Thank

Thank you SO much for these routines! My daughter found your channel last week, and has been enjoying Qi gong. This says a lot because she usually doesn't enjoy min/body exercise very much. I tried it with her today and LOVE it. I have done some Qi gong before, but I love how you incorporate challenging movement( like balances) and massage techniques. Beautiful program! 😊👍💜

that was my second practice of Qigong in my whole life, and i'm definetly adding it to my daily routine. I love it. I love the way it makes me feel and the reflections the movements give to my body and mind. there's so much love in these movements, i laughed practicing the frog and cried in the massage movements hahaha brazilian person here, just to let you know. and i'm really gratefull for all our ancestors who practiced and studied their bodys and systematized qigong so today we can be here, practicing, thanks to you from the Qigong meditation channel. Have a beautiful day, so much love!
