I am saying this by my experience, I am med student and only 1 cup of coffee used to make me feel anxious, acidic, less focused, lethargic …….. it can happen to people who are sensitive to caffeine

Coffee isn't bad for you. Anything in it's limits is good. Coffee is a drink that dates back to extremely long in history. Here in south india, we start our day with one small glass of filter coffee. Coffee has certain chemicals that are actually GOOD for you. Tea's are usually drunk when we want to relax, or before sleep. This is because the herbs and spices in tea help in relaxing and induce sleep. Have tea while the day is coming to an end, and have coffee when you're starting the day. Do not switch times. Tea and Coffee are opposites and they can't be used as substitutes to each other. Remember: Control is the key

I never experienced any crash, that's a myth. For the last 40 years I have been taking 2 or 3 cups throughout the day. The key word is moderation and self control.

Everything in moderation is okay . Dont stress yourself with everything, we are enough stressed in life . Following particular diet and say no no to everything that is available/need in your daily life is a stupid thing to do.

Oh my gosh! Let me just have my one cuppa a day! My grand mum had one coffee every morning and a tea in the evening and lived happily till she was 90 and peacefully left us when she was asleep. Thanks for the facts but truly everything in moderation is good. There is no need to get rid of everything that we enjoy or look forward to. 😊

I'm a med student, sometimes i need it to stay awake at night cz no i don't have options then.
But it hampers sleep, even if you're tired you cant sleep, as a result you ruin your next day in fatigue, 2ndly It's a physical diuretic that causes excess urination which makes you dehydrate. & also It's addictive. Once you're habituated with this you can't skip it as it causes severe headache

It increases your heart rate ...if u drink coffee...increases acid reflux and acidity, anxiety gets increased, my own experiences i have shared....but no one talks about it. Thankfully somehow i could leave coffee n tea few yrs back n am really thankful.🙏

I am coffee lover. I used to have one cup of coffee every day in evening. I prefer light coffee and not very strong. But over the period of time, I realize that my stomach is becoming acidic and i kind off started suffering from very high acidity so much so that i have to cut all the food that cause acidity from my diet completely and was on my medication for long period of time. Now, i dont have coffee everyday but sometimes I truly relise it. So I think any food is not bad when we consume it in a moderate amount.

Black coffe have antioxidants and helps body in removing toxins. Anything too much is not good but that doesn't mean it is completely unhealthy for body. Have black coffe without any worries😊

While studying biology at ms level, I had studied that coffee and tea both contains high amount of caffeine especially with tea (as it has more caffeine than coffee) and with time people gets addicted to it very badly which is not good for our health as it disturbs our sleep cycle. And since my childhood till today I have never touched neither a cup of tea nor a cup of coffee and I am very thankful for my this habit.
