My coworker used to tell me this, than immediately put in 6-8 packets of sugar in his black coffee. 😂

Better to eat some nutrient dense foods like grass fed meat, pasture raised eggs, organic fruit . Why surpress your appetite when your body is asking for food. The caffeine will also increase cortisol and andrenaline better to not drink too much of it.

😂😂 Caffeine also cause spikes in hbp, causes anxiety, n heart palpitations in some ppl. Coffee is not good for everyone.
