Thanks man! my rep range was a little too high (10-15 reps). I lowered the reps which has made a huge difference in my back development.

Add weighted pull ups if you can or just regular pull ups. helps as well

I think T-Bar rows are good too, squeeze your back as hard as you can when pulling the weight up, that's all you need for a big ass back, just a load of pulling exercises

they are amazing exercises that a lot of people ignore because they are more difficult than your standard machine isolation exercises. Too many people uses machines, so I think it's good he emphasizes squats and deadlifts.

Nice Elliot! Back is one of my favorite workouts, its the only one i hit twice a week.

Keep good form and keep your abdominals tight as possible. And you will be able to lift heavy again in no time. I had a herniated disc before I started deadlifting. Now my back is better than ever. No back pain whatsoever.

Look up face pulls for the face rows. Its pretty easy to get the form right.

i agree. i love squats. i think they are difficult but easy and i believe they are key to all sports around the world.
