18:47 for the 5k is awesome, Chris. It'll be great to watch you prepare for the 10k.

Great time on that somewhat bendy parkrun course 👏 Good luck with your sub38 goal 👍

Fantastic Parkrun time Chris! Hope you get that 38 on your 10k race. I've got 2 10k races on 7th & 21st November, hoping to go under 46 if I can. Great video as always 👏

Great time for the 5k Chris, nice looking structure for the lead up to 10k day 🏃👍

Very good 5K time, especially on somewhat of a challenging course. Keep up the good work.

Nice 5k race, Chris! 👏 I will run a 10k this weekend (I hope). I just hope to run less than 40 minutes. Your plan is good, only I don't have time for it, anyway, I will try in the race to keep 4 min / km constantly and to give the last 2 km everything I can. Thank you very much for the clip, beautiful day!

18:47 is nothing to be sneezed at. Well done. I’m also training for a 10k. Nov 14 for me. I’m keen to see how you go stringing the training together.

Hey Chris! With an 18 minute 5k result on a quirky course like that one, I would think a 38 minute 10k is well within the realm of possibility! I'm looking forward to seeing how it goes!

Great vid, but the thumbnail says 6.22KM; did you mean 6.22 miles? Best of luck with training for a fast 10k!

If I hadn’t had the arch issue I would have dipped into Weybridge and given my sub 43 a shot. Not to be sadly :( Do you think the marathon mileage has helped your speed?
